Shipping
We hand-pour every candle in Toronto and ship within 24 hours of when you order. Below is the short version. The full policy — including taxes, customs handling, and edge cases — lives on our shipping policy page.
Same-day handling
Orders placed before 1 pm ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Canada
Standard delivery is 2–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD. Below the threshold, flat $9 CAD. Taxes calculated at checkout based on your province.
United States
Standard delivery is 4–8 business days, flat $14 USD. Customs duties for personal-use orders under $800 are typically waived; you may see a small import processing fee from your courier.
International
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. For other destinations, email customerservice@candeel.ca and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your parcel scans into the courier network. Account holders can also see tracking in their order history.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unburned candles in their original packaging. Email customerservice@candeel.ca within 30 days of delivery to start a return; we’ll email the return address. See the full refund policy for details.
