Shipping policy

We hand-pour and ship from Toronto, Ontario. Most orders leave the studio within 24 hours.

HANDLING
Orders placed before 1 pm ET, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

CANADA
Standard delivery is 2–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD; flat $9 CAD below the threshold.

UNITED STATES
Standard delivery is 4–8 business days, flat $14 USD.

INTERNATIONAL
Currently shipping to Canada and the United States only. For other destinations, please email customerservice@candeel.ca and we’ll do our best.

TRACKING
You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your parcel scans into the courier network.

ISSUES
Lost, damaged, or never-arrived parcels: email customerservice@candeel.ca within 14 days of the ship date and we’ll either reship or refund.
